How it works

Move. Discover.
Earn.

  1. 01

    Move

Ride, run or hike with any device that records a .FIT file.

  2. 02

    Detect

Upload the file. Staza matches your GPS track against every known place.

  3. 03

    Collect

Everything you passed close enough to is added to your collection.

  4. 04

    Earn

Each discovery awards XP. XP raises your level and your rank.

Quests

Linked regions.
Linked rides.

A quest groups the collectibles of one region into a single objective. Finish it across as many activities as you need.

  • Tied to real geography. Every step is an actual place you can reach.
  • Cross-activity. Progress carries across every ride, run and hike.
  • Bonus XP. Closing out a region rewards more than its places alone.

Progression

A rank earned
by discovery.

Every collectible you claim adds XP. Levels follow a fixed curve — each level costs 100 XP more than the one before it — so progress is predictable and never for sale.

From level five onwards each level carries a named rank that reflects how much of the map you have actually covered.

  1. Adventurer 1,000 XP
  2. Explorer 1,500 XP
  3. Pathfinder 2,800 XP
  4. Trailblazer 3,600 XP
  5. Waymaker 4,500 XP
